Our survey is now
live and email messages have been sent to the
all students and
all employees lists. This was done via a
LibQual help email account we asked our
Technology & Communications department to set up specifically for LibQual. It is a delegate email address, meaning that multiple users have access to send email from the account.
We decided to have the message sent from our library director via the LibQual email address. We had been told that permission was granted for that account to send to the
all students list, but Monday morning when the email was sent, we discovered that access had NOT been granted. This was straightened out by Monday afternoon and the email with the link to the survey was sent.
